How the Level Match works
1. Bring your member card
Visit Swiss Casino Zürich or Swiss Casino Winterthur and show your valid member card from another casino.
2. Have your level checked
We will check your current member level and match it to the corresponding level of the Swiss Casinos Member Club.
3. Become a member
Register for the Swiss Casinos Member Club free of charge.
4. Get your bonus
Once your Level Match has been successfully completed, you will get the amount corresponding to your new level.

FAQ
With the Level Match, your current member level at another casino is checked and matched to an equivalent level in the Swiss Casinos Member Club. This means you do not have to start at the first level.
New guests and existing members of the Swiss Casinos Member Club can take part if they present a valid member card from another casino showing a corresponding status or level.
Bring the original, valid member card from another casino. It does not have to be from a Swiss casino; we also accept cards from casinos abroad. Both the card and the level shown on it must be valid at the time of the Level Match.
Your current level and the associated benefits will be checked and compared with the levels of the Swiss Casinos Member Club. You will then be matched to an equivalent level in the Swiss Casinos Member Club.
The bonus amount depends on your new level:
Rookie members get CHF 20.–, Explorer members CHF 50.–, Master members CHF 70.–, Hall of Fame members CHF 100.– and Legend members CHF 200.–.
The bonus will be paid out on site once your details have been successfully checked, you have registered and your new level has been assigned.
You will receive your bonus at reception. There, you can choose whether to receive it as a chip for the Live Games or on a gaming card for the slot machines. This allows you to select the option that best suits your preferred way of playing.
No. The Level Match and the associated bonus can only be claimed once per person.
The promotion is available to new guests who are not yet members of the Swiss Casinos Member Club, as well as existing members whose level in the Swiss Casinos Member Club is lower than their level at another casino.
The promotion is valid exclusively at Swiss Casino Zürich and Swiss Casino Winterthur from 1 August to 9 September 2026.
Terms and conditions of participation
Participation is open to persons aged 18 or over who meet the legal requirements for visiting a casino and who are either not yet members of the Swiss Casinos Member Club or are already members but have a lower level in the Swiss Casinos Member Club than at the reference casino.
To take part in the Level Match, you must present a valid member card from another casino. It must be clearly identifiable as your own card. Assignment to the corresponding level of the Swiss Casinos Member Club is subject to verification by Swiss Casino Zürich or Swiss Casino Winterthur. The promotion is non-transferable.
The bonus is based on the level successfully assigned and will be paid out once per person. No payment will be made without a successful Level Match, and retroactive crediting is excluded.
The promotion is valid from 1 August to 9 September 2026 at Swiss Casino Zürich and Swiss Casino Winterthur. It cannot be combined with other Level Match promotions. Changes and errors excepted.
