Are you already a member of another casino programme? If so, you can apply for a suitable Level Match for the Swiss Casinos Member Club.

It does not matter whether your member card is from a casino in Switzerland or abroad. Our team will check that you meet all the requirements and then assign you the appropriate status in the Swiss Casinos Member Club.

Requirements: You must have a currently valid member card from another casino programme. Your member card must not have expired, and your name must be clearly legible and match your ID. This promotion is non-transferable.

Collect points

With every stake using your Swiss Casinos Member Club card on slot machines, at live games or in our gastronomy, you collect level and reward points at the same rate.

When playing on slot machines, you earn one level point and one reward point for every CHF 1.– turnover. In live games, the allocation of points depends on playing time, stake and type of game (roulette, blackjack, poker, etc.).

You also collect points on snacks and drinks: for every CHF 1.– turnover, you receive 20 level points and 20 reward points.

From now on, you can also redeem your reward points within our gastronomy offering (spirits are excluded). Simply present your Swiss Casinos Member Club card at the bar or in the restaurant. The points will be deducted directly from your account. Depending on your level, you benefit from different discounts – all details can be found in the benefits table.

To help you reach your next level even faster and retain your current level more easily, we offer a multiplier:

Starting from ROOKIE level, your qualifying spend is multiplied by 1.1. From EXPLORER level, it is multiplied by as much as 1.2. So collecting points is even more rewarding.

SCMC Downgrade

From 01 January 2027: Half-yearly downgrade or level renewal

Member Level

Once you have reached a status level, you will retain it for the current qualification period. For the following qualification period, you must earn the required number of level points again to retain your status level; otherwise, you will be downgraded by a maximum of one level.

From 01 January 2027: Expiry of reward points due to inactivity

Points protection

Reward points can also expire. However, there is no fixed cut-off date; instead, it depends on activity: if the Swiss Casinos Member Club card is not used for either gaming or purchases for 12 months, all reward points will expire.

Our tip: Use your Swiss Casinos Member Club card regularly to protect your valuable points from expiring.

Support the «Happy TOGO» association

Donate points

With your reward points, you can support the Happy TOGO association in developing a model farm and help promote sustainable projects in West Africa. The project focuses on agroecological farming, education and creating long-term prospects for the local population. The farm’s most important product is pineapple. The aim is to establish self-sustaining structures and enable people to help themselves.

Donations can be made from as little as 2000 reward points. Points can be redeemed in increments of 2000, as often as you like.

Reach your goal in four steps

Follow the instructions on your mobile phone to verify your data. This step is important so that you can redeem your collected reward points. You have the option to provide your email address and/or phone number. For the first verification, you receive a one-off bonus of 2'500 reward points, and for the second verification an additional 500 reward points.

You can register free of charge at reception or at the Swiss Casinos Member Club Desk. Your card is printed and issued on the spot, allowing you to start playing and collecting reward points immediately. 

There are six levels in total. You progress through them sequentially once you reach the required number of level points. The levels are: Newcomer, Rookie, Explorer, Master, Hall of Fame and Legend. 

Your benefits increase with each level. You can download the benefit overview table here. 

It is important to distinguish between level points and reward points. Each time you use your Swiss Casinos Member Club card, you collect the same number of level and reward points.

You earn level and reward points for every gaming stake as well as for food and beverage purchases.

Level points determine your progress to the next level. Reward points can be redeemed in the rewards shop or for our gastronomy offer. 

Your reward points are displayed on the slot machines. You may also ask any of our team members for your current reward or level point balance at any time. 

Our rewards shop offers a curated selection of items. The shop is continuously expanded with new products. Additionally, reward points can be redeemed for our Food & Beverage offer. 

If you would like to redeem points for an item, simply contact the Swiss Casinos Member Club Desk. The required points will be deducted from your account and the item will be handed to you directly. If an item is out of stock, we will order it for you immediately. 

For 102,000 reward points, you can obtain a “Supergutschein” worth CHF 50.–. It is a value voucher accepted by various brands such as Zalando, IKEA, Sky, GLOBUS and many more. Further information on how to redeem your Super voucher is available from our colleagues in the casino or at https://supergutschein.ch/einloesen. 

Only verified members are eligible to redeem reward points in the rewards shop or participate in prize draws.

Your Swiss Casinos Member Club Card comes in a sleeve containing a QR code. Scan the QR code to start the four-step verification process. Once completed, you are verified and can enjoy all the benefits of the Swiss Casinos Member Club.

  • The Swiss Casinos Member Club loyalty programme applies to Swiss Casino Zürich, Swiss Casino Winterthur, Swiss Casino St. Gallen and Swiss Casino Pfäffikon. The associated benefits are valid exclusively at these locations.
  • Membership in the Swiss Casinos Member Club is available to all persons aged 18 and over and is free of charge.
  • The Swiss Casinos Member Club card is personal and non-transferable.
