You can register free of charge at reception or at the Swiss Casinos Member Club Desk. Your card is printed and issued on the spot, allowing you to start playing and collecting reward points immediately.
There are six levels in total. You progress through them sequentially once you reach the required number of level points. The levels are: Newcomer, Rookie, Explorer, Master, Hall of Fame and Legend.
Your benefits increase with each level. You can download the benefit overview table here.
It is important to distinguish between level points and reward points. Each time you use your Swiss Casinos Member Club card, you collect the same number of level and reward points.
You earn level and reward points for every gaming stake as well as for food and beverage purchases.
Level points determine your progress to the next level. Reward points can be redeemed in the rewards shop or for our gastronomy offer.
Your reward points are displayed on the slot machines. You may also ask any of our team members for your current reward or level point balance at any time.
Our rewards shop offers a curated selection of items. The shop is continuously expanded with new products. Additionally, reward points can be redeemed for our Food & Beverage offer.
If you would like to redeem points for an item, simply contact the Swiss Casinos Member Club Desk. The required points will be deducted from your account and the item will be handed to you directly. If an item is out of stock, we will order it for you immediately.
For 102,000 reward points, you can obtain a “Supergutschein” worth CHF 50.–. It is a value voucher accepted by various brands such as Zalando, IKEA, Sky, GLOBUS and many more. Further information on how to redeem your Super voucher is available from our colleagues in the casino or at https://supergutschein.ch/einloesen.
Your credit is stored securely in your personal member account and not on the physical Member Card. If your card is lost, no money is lost.
Only verified members are eligible to redeem reward points in the rewards shop or participate in prize draws.
Your Swiss Casinos Member Club Card comes in a sleeve containing a QR code. Scan the QR code to start the four-step verification process. Once completed, you are verified and can enjoy all the benefits of the Swiss Casinos Member Club.

- The Swiss Casinos Member Club loyalty programme currently applies to Swiss Casino Zürich and Swiss Casino Winterthur. The associated benefits are valid exclusively in Zürich and Winterthur. The benefits of the ROYAL CLUB remain valid only for St. Gallen and Pfäffikon SZ.
- Membership in the Swiss Casinos Member Club is available to all persons aged 18 and over and is free of charge.
- The Swiss Casinos Member Club card is personal and non-transferable.
